MusiCares will be offering complimentary dental appointments to music professionals in Boston on Tuesday, May 18th.  Services will be provided by Westbrook Family Dental Care and will include x-rays, teeth cleaning, and dental treatment planning.  MusiCares will cover the cost of the preventive dental care services to those who are eliglble.*

Appointments are limited and scheduled on a first-come-first-served basis.

Those who register for and attend an appointment agree to the general agreement/release of liability waiver included below.

ELIGIBILITY - THOSE WHO HAVE AT LEAST 5 YEARS OF PAID MUSIC EXPERIENCE *

REGISTRANTS WILL BE ASKED TO COMPLETE AND RETURN DENTAL FORMS TO OFFICIALLY CONFIRM THEIR APPOINTMENT.

During this panel, we will learn and experience how simple breathing exercises can change your life. Breathing is the quickest and most powerful tool that has been shown to reduce anxiety, slow panic, elevate mood and concentration, increase endurance, and improve sleep. You will learn the basic principles of proper breathing and how you can use specific techniques in different moments to induce the states of being you desire.

MEET OUR MODERATOR:
Davi Brown is the Head of Education at Breathwrk, an app that shares evidence based breathing exercises. She has been teaching breathwork for ten years and is certified by Leonard Orr through Rebirthing Breathwork International and the Kundalini Research Institute. Davi focuses her teaching on principles with efficacy rather than one particular modality, to provide access to better breathing to people all across the globe.
