Official GRAMMY backstage portrait photographer Danny Clinch will appear on CBS' "60 Minutes" tonight, speaking with reporter Anderson Cooper about his role in capturing iconic music moments as well his experiences at the GRAMMY Awards, for which he has shot backstage for more than 10 years.

"I'm trying to capture a moment," Clinch tells Cooper in the segment. "It's not about the singer at the microphone singing. I'm trying to look for … a moment in between."

For nearly 20 years, Clinch has been capturing those moments with artists including Bob Dylan, Bruce Springsteen, Pearl Jam, and Tupac Shakur, among others.

Backstage at the GRAMMY Awards, Clinch constructs a pop-up photo studio and shoots every GRAMMY winner who visits the gallery. These shots, for the most part, remain unique, private gifts for the winners, but a select few have been published in special features in the annual GRAMMY Awards program book, with commentary by Clinch. In this year's 58th telecast book, Clinch shares surprising candid moments with artists such as Madonna, Paul McCartney and others.

Clinch can also be viewed at work backstage via GRAMMY Live during the GRAMMY Awards Premiere Ceremony and GRAMMY telecast on Feb. 15, starting at 3 p.m. ET/noon PT.

"You're, in a sense, part of the history of [the] moment and I never really get tired of that," he tells Cooper. "And I never take it for granted."

The Feb. 14 episode of "60 Minutes," which will also include conversations with CIA Director John Brennan and an investigation into the FIFA corruption scandal, will air at 7 p.m. on CBS.

The Recording Academy and CBS will launch GRAMMY Live, a unique experience bringing music fans around the globe unprecedented, multiplatform access to red-carpet arrivals and behind-the-scenes action leading up to and throughout the 58th Annual GRAMMY Awards. GRAMMY Live will begin Monday, Feb. 15 at noon PT/3 p.m. ET at GRAMMY.com and on the GRAMMY Live app for iOS and Android, and continue through the live telecast, which airs 8 p.m. ET/5 p.m. PT on CBS.

Complementing at-home GRAMMY Awards viewing, GRAMMY Live will bring fans exclusive content from Music's Biggest Night, including:

• The debut of GRAMMYcam — a camera placed in the base of a GRAMMY trophy, which will offer fans the point of view from the star of the day: the GRAMMY Award itself. Winners receiving GRAMMYs at both the GRAMMY Awards telecast and Premiere Ceremony will be holding the GRAMMYcam, capturing the winner's experience from their perspective.

• Live red-carpet coverage hosted by Dulce Candy and Quddus with additional reporting by special correspondents Tyler Oakley from the carpet and Ted Stryker from backstage.

• Multiple camera angles and exclusive live streaming from the audience, a producer's tunnel and GRAMMY winners backstage during official portrait sessions with Danny Clinch.

• The only place to view the Premiere Ceremony, where winners in more than 70 categories will be announced.

• Backstage access from behind-the-scenes GRAMMY cameras.

• Real-time social media trends, commentary and curated posts.

• Wrap-up show immediately following the telecast, featuring a comprehensive recap of winners, performances and fashion highlights.

This year the GRAMMY Live digital experience has been completely rebuilt to deliver a state-of-the-art interactive desktop and mobile Web page that combines live streams and on-demand content with real-time community engagement. Video content, polls, trivia, calls to action, social curation, group chat, and more will connect GRAMMY Live users to the 58th GRAMMY Awards like never before. The GRAMMYs — a companion mobile app available for iOS and Android — combines these features with additional mobile device exclusives such as a sharable content section with 58th GRAMMY emojis and the latest animated GIFs capturing highlights of Music's Biggest Night.

"The GRAMMYs was the first awards show to offer fans live streaming companion content," said Evan Greene, Chief Marketing Officer for The Recording Academy. "Now in our seventh year of producing GRAMMY Live, we continue to listen to what fans want, and offer exclusive access for the ultimate engagement experience."

Taking place at Staples Center in Los Angeles, the 58th Annual GRAMMY Awards will be broadcast live in HDTV and 5.1 surround sound on CBS on Monday, Feb. 15 at 8 p.m. ET/5 p.m. PT.

The 52nd GRAMMY Awards are over, the winners decided, but the lights haven't gone down at GRAMMY.com.

For the 52nd show, GRAMMY.com provided the most exciting and interactive online GRAMMY experience yet, with live video streams from VIP invite-only events, streaming radio of GRAMMY-nominated artists' music, a robust blog program, enough photos to fill a museum, and all the GRAMMY news to keep you up on GRAMMY performances and special segments before they happened.

This level of excitement will continue after the show as well with a number of ongoing features.

Prior to the show, GRAMMY.com offered insightful blogs from such notables as past Best New Artist winners José Feliciano, Carrie Underwood and Jody Watley, as well as 52nd GRAMMYs Best New Artist winners the Zac Brown Band. In addition, contributions were made by GRAMMY show and Emmy Award-nominated writer David Wild, official 52nd GRAMMY artist Shepard Fairey, and a number of "community" bloggers who brought a fan's perspective to the official GRAMMY site.

This blogging program will continue as a number of this year's GRAMMY winners will check in to tell us what their wild ride at the GRAMMYs was really like. Additionally, we'll have more blogs from Wild, as well as fresh blogging voices such as official GRAMMY portrait photographer Danny Clinch, who will relate his experiences shooting stars such as Madonna, U2, Beyoncé and others at more than five GRAMMY shows.

GRAMMY.com will also feature ongoing contests offering prizes such as tickets to the 53rd GRAMMY Awards show, 2010 GRAMMY Nominees CDs, and more, and you'll be able to weigh in on all kinds of fun music topics through the official GRAMMY Poll.

The site will also continue to present thought-provoking articles, features and news that provide a unique take on what's happening in the music industry today. And for fans who like a little trip down memory lane, the site will feature entertaining video excerpts from the show's rich 52-year history.

I'm so pleased to let you know that the 64th Annual GRAMMY Awards have been rescheduled and will now be broadcast live from the MGM Grand Garden Arena in Las Vegas on Sunday, April 3 (8:00-11:30 PM, live ET/5:00-8:30 PM, live PT) on the CBS Television Network and will be available to stream live and on demand on Paramount+. Trevor Noah, the Emmy Award-winning host of "The Daily Show," will return as master of ceremonies for Music's Biggest Night.

We are humbled by their generosity and grateful for their unwavering commitment to the GRAMMY Awards and the Academy's mission. Editor's Note: The 2022 GRAMMYs Awards show, officially known as the 64th GRAMMY Awards, has been rescheduled to Sunday, April 3, at the MGM Grand Garden Arena in Las Vegas. The below article was updated on Tuesday, Jan. 18, to reflect the new show date and location.

The following is a Joint Statement from the Recording Academy and CBS:

“After careful consideration and analysis with city and state officials, health and safety experts, the artist community and our many partners, the Recording Academy and CBS have postponed the 64th Annual GRAMMY Awards Show. The health and safety of those in our music community, the live audience, and the hundreds of people who work tirelessly to produce our show remains our top priority. Given the uncertainty surrounding the Omicron variant, holding the show on January 31st simply contains too many risks. We look forward to celebrating Music’s Biggest Night on a future date, which will be announced soon.”
