Brandy Clark, Lee Ann Womack Set For Americana At The Ryman Series
As one of the hallowed halls of Americana music in Nashville, Tenn., it only seems appropriate that a new summer performance series, Americana at the Ryman, would take place at the iconic Ryman Auditorium.
The initial six-part series will kick off on July 15 with Buddy Miller, Lee Ann Womack, Tony Joe White, the McCrary Sisters, Elizabeth Cook, and Parker Millsap. It will run through Aug. 19 and pair additional country/Americana royalty Jim Lauderdale and William Fitzsimmons, Mark O'Connor and Brandy Clark, Amanda Shires and Caitlin Rose, and Justin Townes Earle and the Band Of Heathens. The lineup for the Aug. 5 date has yet to be announced.

Americana at he Ryman takes precedence from a similar series the Ryman has been hosting, its Bluegrass Nights series, which celebrates its 25th year in 2018. The venue has a long-standing tradition of celebrating Americana artists, and this latest series looks to deepen those connections and cement its title of Mother Church of Country.
