The Recording Academy Postpones The 20th Anniversary Of GRAMMYs On The Hill To April 2022
"The Recording Academy's annual GRAMMYs on the Hill Awards and Advocacy Day is a yearly event anticipated by members of Congress and musicians alike. Uniting the worlds of music and politics, this unique event celebrates advocacy and encourages support for music's future.
Unfortunately, due to increasing public health concerns surrounding COVID-19 variants and the nature of the awards reception and dinner, the Recording Academy has made the decision to postpone the 20th Anniversary of GRAMMYs on the Hill from September 22, 2021, to April 2022. This was not an easy decision to make but one that the Academy felt was best for the health and safety of all parties involved."
